Upgrade Throttle body polo 1.4 16v AFH

by the way...

i would like to know if there's a possibility to fit a bigger throttle body "plug & play" for polo afh.... what do u think?

some guys say that the throttle body from a golf 4 2.0 fits.

is the throttle body of the golf 4 2.0 operated by cable?

there' s advantages from a bigger throttle body on polo afh? any news around here of someone do the mods?

Somebody took a wider throttle valve on another motor, read it a few days ago but cant remember what model it was (an edged model , 2f or so i think).
All in all he measured that it wasnt really worth the effort/money.

What do you expect and what are your future plans for your setup?

with my motorbike i go up from standard 2x38 carbs to 2 x 40 flat carbs... and difference are .... i think 10-15%.... impressive...

4-2-1 raceland mainfol
dekat
stright middel exhaust
sport end exhaust
remap on dyno

thats all...

ich werde morgen mal VR6 messen, haben da noch 2 mit bowdenzug-gas liegen.
ich dachte aber an ne 60er drosselklappe. die wandstärke beträgt ja auch nicht nur 1mm sondern wesentlich mehr... 3-5 oder so.

Größere DK gibt's genug, ABF z.b. die werden aber nicht plug&play passen..

Die größere DK alleine wird eh nicht wirklich was bringen.

beim mopet bringt es aber nur was wenn die vergaserbedüsung angepasst wird. also müsstest du den spritdruck anpassen.
