hi im not deutch but i need some hlp
i got a polo gti 6n2 1.6
and i got new tacho rpm meter with shift light
but i cant find the pulse or tacho wire in my dashboard what color on fuse box or direct from the engine pls hlp

the tacho wire is blue/white (for a polo 6n!)
pin 7 is the tacho-out (e.g. speedcontrolled radios) and pin 27 should be the tacho-in.
have al look at the usermanual of your car; the exact position of the fuse should be written in there. then check the color of the wire that is behind the fusebox can be removed easily if needed.

lol oke how do i remove the dashboard or i mean the lower part of it so i can remove the fusebox to find that tacho wire ..lol

well i tell you how it's fixed in a polo 6n, maybe it's similar for the 6n2:
in the left and right corner you'll find a hook, that can be released. the dashboard opens wildly now...
next: near the fuses you'll find 2 pins (left & right). push them in the opposite direction and pull the dashboard carefully towards yourself...it should now come off
aa super but i have a other prop
the pulse wire is a speed wire lol so no rpm
and i need rpm wire !
i heard that it's pin 22 on my ecu but wot color is it
and some say it's under the fuse block then black plug pin 10 but i cant get it to work
so maby some one can tell where that wire is or
where the rpm sensor is in the engine bay ?
it's a polo 6n2 1.6 16v gti build end 2000
im driving w no dashdoard for a week now thks
